Set on private farmland outside the small village of Bancyffordd, the barn is less than four miles from Llandysul and around eight miles from Newcastle Emlyn. Cenarth Falls is within approximately 11 miles, while Aberporth and the Cardigan Bay coast can be reached in around 15 miles. New Quay is also within easy reach for harbour walks, beaches, cafés and the chance to spot dolphins in the bay.
